Job 23:10-14 But He knows the way that I take [He has concern for it, appreciates, and pays attention to it]. When He has tried me, I shall come forth as refined gold [pure and luminous].
My foot has held fast to His steps; His ways have I kept and not turned aside.
My foot has held fast to His steps; His ways have I kept and not turned aside.
I have not gone back from the commandment of His lips; I have esteemed and treasured the words of His moth more than my necessary food.
But He is unchangeable, and who can turn Him? And what He wants to do, He does.
For He performs [that which He has] planned for me, and of many such matters He is mindful.
Just as Job’s trust was tested by God, our trust is also tested with this journey we are walking out with God.
Even when we don’t understand what is going on with our lives, I know I have asked God what is it I am doing wrong. Where am I missing it? And the big one, what are you doing to me because I don’t understand anything that is going on.
Sometimes you and I might not understand everything that is happening or why our lives seems so out of control, but we must keep our trust in God because He is in control.
I once read, there is no such thing as trusting God without unanswered questions. If we have all the answers to questions, we have no need to trust because we already know everything.
I love this last verse that says, for He performs [that which He has] planned for me, and of many such matters He is mindful.
I know one thing that I can trust Him at His Word. Do you?
